Jen Dean is a former commercial real estate agent who ditched the corporate world to pursue her true calling in fitness & is the owner of Fit Lovin Mama. She’s a Personal Trainer with Prenatal & Postpartum focus, Wellness Coach, Fitness Model, Yogi, Writer, & a Motivator!
Specifically focused on moms, Jen pulls from her own experience as mom to a little girl named Sienna. That means she knows how to make fitness work for a busy life with kids; making it functional & fun. Jen guides moms-to-be & new moms through the challenging road of fitness in pregnancy & postpartum with a motivating & relatable style.
