Entrepreneur and Chef of the Year (2014), Chad Crete has created his latest concept. He has founded Whiskey Bird restaurants. After extensive travels throughout Asia, Chad had the idea of bringing traditional Yakitori and bringing it to the US with an updated flare and pairing it with high end whiskey and sake. If you have ever thought about starting a restaurant or need some help building a great culture within your business, Chad is an amazing resource.
Prior to Whiskey Bird, he oversaw culinary operations for 3 restaurants. The Iberian Pig, Double Zero Napoletana, and Sugo Restaurant. Was a co-owner and creator of The Iberian Pig with a minority stake hold in Double Zero. Left to focus on my consulting business and pursue building my own concept and restaurant group.
